Important Update About Appointments

Update from Trentini Orthodontics

Due to the current public health concerns, Trentini Orthodontics will be modifying our operations for an extended period beginning on Thursday, March 18. The ADA and multiple state dental societies have recommended that all elective dental procedures be postponed. During this period, we will be prioritizing appointments for patients and rescheduling as appropriate. New patients or patients without appointments are also encouraged to call, so they can be included in the schedule as it is revised. Someone will be at the front desk for most of this time, so please call if you have questions.

We have already made protocol changes within our office to minimize the potential for exposure to others, which include:

  • Patients are to call the office when they arrive in the parking lot and stay in their cars until called.
  • Patients are escorted directly from the front door to the treatment chair without contacting any public surfaces.
  • The waiting room, toothbrushing area, and other common areas are not being used.
  • Patients absolutely requiring a parent or companion will be limited to one person.
  • After appointments are completed, patients are escorted back outside, again, without touching any public surfaces.
  • All appointment scheduling, payments, and treatment progress updates for parents will be handled afterward by phone.

These changes will be maintained for the foreseeable future and should allow us to continue to safely provide service to our patients when we resume normal operations. Please be vigilant with taking precautions in your daily lives, and hopefully we can stay healthy through this challenging time.
